♦ Back in 2015 the City Council candidate forum was held at City Hall where I was permitted to ask questions and kind of blew things up. The forum is happening again tomorrow (Monday, August 21st) at 5:30 p.m. at City Hall. No one ever asked questions before 2015.
Initially this year the city decided not to hold the forum this time and then decided they would not take questions from candidates. Several candidates stepped forward and objected, so it is happening again. It was not recorded by the city last time, but RFP will video today. It’s a public meeting and if a few folks wearing yellow show up to support, so be it. You might get a few recent revelations. Hopefully I will not be “shushed” and gaveled by Mayor Alexander. I expect all kinds of skullduggery to benefit the cabal incumbents.
