♦ According to Rowan County Sheriff’s Office sources Sheriff’s Office Deputies arrested Jonathan Kerry Millbrooks, 31, of Rowan County Saturday at 12:16 a.m. at 1025 Partee Drive in China Drive for alleged felonious sex crimes with a child.
Millbrooks was charged with indecent liberties with children (felony) and statutory rape of a child by an adult (felony). Under a secured $150,000 bond, he is being held in the Rowan County Detention Center. His first court date is set for Tuesday August 29th.
Millbrooks has no prior record in North Carolina, but it appears he was charged several times by the Marion, Indiana Sheriff’s Department for alleged criminal trespass (misdemeanor) in late 2016 and early 2017.
