♦ The Salisbury Police are seeking a second suspect Xavier Dionne Lowe, 17, living at 617 E. Liberty Street, for the alleged murder of Kornell Marquis Cook, 24, on Sunday August 27th at the Brenner Crossing Apartments in Salisbury. Lowe is also sought for discharging a firearm into an occupied dwelling.

Believed to be in the Salisbury area, Lowe is said to be armed and dangerous. Do not attempt to apprehend.
