♦ According to Salisbury Police sources Gregory Sterner, 54, living at 304 Mahaley Avenue was the victim of a “burglary-unlawful entry” when a stranger walked through his unlocked front door on Wednesday and walked out the same way he came in with a television and a cellphone valued at $700. The crime was reported to 911 dispatch at 9:21 a.m. which brought the Salisbury Police onto Mahaley Avenue.
At this time no arrests have been made and no suspects have been named:

♦ Salisbury Police sources report that David Allen Nesbitt, 46, and Mary Joanne Nesbitt, 43, living at 1200 N. Church Street, were victims of a “burglary-forcible entry” and a “larceny-from building” when a stranger force the back door open with a pry tool or some jimmy device on Wednesday. The burglar took $455 worth of valuables, including ammo, a hunting knife, an exotic martial arts weapon, a TV, and a coat, were quickly gone from the premises. A door valued at $100 was damaged. The crime was reported to 911 dispatch at 2:15 p.m.
