Salisbury Police sources report that Larry Wayne “Peanut” Beam, 43, a convicted felon living in Kannapolis, was arrested Sunday at 7:39 p.m. at 3310 S. Main Street by Salisbury Police officers for alleged “larceny from motor vehicle” and “all other trespass”. Officers received a 911 dispatch that someone allegedly broke into a vehicle belonging to Samuel Alford, of China Grove, in Patriot Towing’s parking lot and stole tools and the vehicle’s amplifier, compact disc player, and a speaker box. The stolen and later recovered items were said to be worth $550.
