♦ Has the city of Salisbury given up the ghost with their services? No sign of salting or plowing anywhere at 7 a.m. Maybe we don’t rate living outside the hysteric district? But I didn’t see the streets being cleared there either unless they are depending on motorists wearing out the snow.
What new fee will Salisbury dream up next to sock to everybody? How many of us are being charged storm water fees when they have no storm water runoffs anywhere near them?
