♦ The Rowan-Salisbury School System announced they will closed Thursday for students and 10 month staff due to weather conditions. Other staff will follow code 1. All afternoon and evening activities are canceled.
Kannapolis City Schools will be closed Thursday, with an optional workday for staff.
Scheduled make-up days for Thursday will be announced at a later time.
The Rowan-Salisbury schools scheduled make up day for the Wednesday closing is on Valentine’s Day Friday, February 14th — changed from an earlier announcement.
The scheduled make-up day for Kannapolis’ Wednesday closing will be Monday, February 3rd.
