Press Release
♦ CHARLOTTE, NC – Vince Coakley, congressional candidate for North Carolina District 12, will attend the Rowan County GOP Lincoln-Reagan Dinner on Tuesday, March 11, 2014. Coakley is running on a platform to restore personal liberty, freedom, and opportunity for all Americans.
“The dysfunction in Washington and Congress is ruining our country,” Coakley said. “We have a $17 trillion debt that continues to grow by the day. Too many Americans are either unemployed or underemployed. Too many small businesses are closing their doors. And too many families are losing their health care plans.
“The current state of our country is not the sins of one party alone. Americans deserve new voices, new ideas, and new approaches. I’m running for Congress to make sure freedom is on the ballot ahead of political parties and labels.”
Vince Coakley is a former broadcast television journalist, anchor and radio host in Charlotte, NC. His greatest passion is God’s glory and working in partnership with other faith leaders to help believers lead healthy lives in the Body of Christ.
