♦ Monday evening the Rowan-Salisbury Board of Education approved the county commission’s proposed resolution for the system’s capital needs. The document represents a proposal from the Board of Education to be sent to the commissioners for their review and approval. The county commissioners have not yet approved, but will likely discuss the resolution and perhaps modify it if required at the scheduled April 7th meeting.
