♦ On March 22nd at around 6 a.m. Jimmy Ray Blackwell, 49, allegedly posing as an FBI agent, was reported to make his way onto a woman’s porch in Rockwell, stomped her, and snatched her cell phone. According to sources in the Rowan County Sheriff’s Office Mr. Blackwell possesses a lengthy criminal record and was out on bond. The incident took place on Old Beatty Ford Road.
