♦ A program will be presented by the Rowan Rifles SCV Camp 405 on “Great Artillery Actions of the War Between the States” in the Stanback Room of the Rowan Public Library at 6:30 p.m. on Wednesday, April 9th.  The guest speaker will be Jack Marlar a former SCV Field Rep.
