Not far from the Tarp Cities sprouting up along “Town Creek” and “Grant’s Creek” are satellite encampments of an outrider breed of homeless who desire a simpler life far from human encroachment. Often these men keep to themselves and resist having neighbors. They simply don’t want to be bothered.
