♦ Sometime after 10 P.M Thursday night, an argument broke out between two males over the paternity of a child, resulted in two men being shot. One was struck in the thigh and was rushed to Novant Health Rowan Medical Center. The other male sustained only a grazed leg.
The Salisbury Police soon arrived on the scene and are now hunting for a single shooter alleged to be Samuel Lee “Rook” White, 33, of 1126 Celebration Drive. He will be charged with two counts of assault with a deadly weapon, and one count of assault by pointing a gun.
