Fibrant’s New TV Pricing Scheme: Certain to Drive Off Customers

♦ If Fibrant’s TV prices were not way too high already, the new pricing scheme is a major barrier to hustling their TV packages. What’s really absurd is their raising the price of their legendary consumer rip off of broadcast channels “Firstep” now called “Basic”. On numerous occasions we’ve mentioned on the RFP and at Anti-Fibrant.com their Basic Firstep broadcast channels are FREE elsewhere with digital rabbit ear antennas and in superior full screen 1080p HD. Only if you dwell in a steel reinforced concrete bunker with no windows and are unable to receive digital signals then you might go for a line into your abode, but then Time Warner Cable would be a far better choice.

Look we understand some people recall the poor reception of old analog signals, but the new digital broadcast TV signals are an entirely different matter. Digital indoor antennas will bring in 20 or more channels and with great clarity in Salisbury and throughout Rowan County. Why pay around $29 dollars a month for broadcast TV when you can get it FREE with a one time purchase of pair of rabbit ears. These run from $10 to $20. RCA and GE manufacture decent ones.

Besides being non competitive in price and lacking deals, Fibrant TV lacks some key channels in their various packages listed below, but most of all they have no TV apps for people to watch TV on their internet enabled devices.
