♦ Salibury Police found Marquis Antonio Feamster, 23, shot to death in a backyard on the 300 block East Fisher Street in Salisbury, N.C. at 12:50 a.m.. The Police quickly secured the crime scene while investigators went house to house, knocking on neighbors doors.
Mr. Feamster was shot in the back.
No description yet released of the suspected shooter. The shooter, according to police sources, is said to know Mr. Feamster.
Mr. Feamster was the brother of Treasure Feamster a 13 year old who died from a crossfire bullet during a gang shootout outside the J.C. Price American Legion Post on the night of March 16 2007. Mr. Feamster was also a cousin of the late Eric Feamster shot to death last July at Clancy Hill Manor next to the West End Plaza.
Mr. Feamster leaves behind a 2 year old daughter.
