♦ This past Thursday I was saddened to learn of the passing of Jim Holt, the Salisbury Post’s very talented political writer. Jim was a very good and decent young man, a credit to his profession. I will miss him at the press table and in our meetings on West Bank Street.
My heart goes out to his family and friends who I am sure are experiencing the pain of this young man’s untimely leaving.
