♦ The Chamber Community Healthcare/Mental Health Forum met Sunday, August 24th, at the Blue Bay Restaurant on East Innes in Salisbury, N.C. The forum was lead and facilitated by Chamber member Chris Sharpe. This month’s topic was Healthcare and specifically focused on how to effectively deal with Mental Health concerns, care access challenges, and youth behavioral concerns. Ronnie Glover, Licensed Social Worker and Case Manager in the MHICM program and Tammy Ford, RN/MHA Rural Health Nurse Educator were guest speakers. The forum’s dialogue explored community concerns, practical solutions and personal experiences. The complete videos:
