From the office of N.C. Sen. Gene McLaurin
♦ As we reflect this week on the anniversary of September 11, I am reminded of the sacrifices made by our emergency responders, servicemen and women, and the many ordinary Americans who demonstrated heroism and bravery that day and in the weeks and months that followed. May we never forget. As our nation and servicemen and women face yet another threat, I encourage you to be in prayer for those in harm’s way and for their families – who all make tremendous sacrifices so that our freedom will endure.
