♦According to Rowan County Commission Chairman Jim Sides, the joint closed session mediation, concerned with school funding, between the Rowan County Commissioners and the School Board will resume Monday the 29th at 5pm. This fourth mediation session will be conducted by mediator Willis Whichard at the Rowan-Salisbury School System’s Long Street Administrative building at 110 S. Long Street in East Spencer.
