♦ Third victim of October 21st Wreck on Jake Alexander Blvd in Salisbury, N.C., Vivian Leona McCulloh was removed from life supports this morning at Wake Forest Baptist Hospital and died shortly thereafter.
McCulloh, of Advance, N.C. was one of four people inside a burgundy Honda Accord rear-ended by a Chevrolet pickup truck near Jake Alexander Blvd. near Ivey St.
Hattie Smith McCulloh, 93, of Advance, and Vivian “Lynn” McCulloh Tutterow, 57, of Mocksville, all died in the collision. The investigation will continue with in depth interviews and forensic vehicle reconstruction.
No charges were filed. The driver was Brian Keith Hall.
