♦ Judy Klusman, the woman Greg Edds once referred to during the primary as “Satan’s Daughter”, appears to be headed toward her coronation as a county commissioner on Monday if she he squeezes past the Board of Election’s recount and edges Coltrain.
Judy should make a zany addition to the County Commission with her angry and frequently daft head-turning utterances. No doubt she will replace self-admitted boozer and convicted thief Jon Barber as likely the next character who will be passing on closed-session information to the city’s newsletter.
I read that Judy had a lot of support from the 300th ranked city in North Carolina. Figures.
Look we can forgive Judy for her tell-all mental illness confession in the Milwaukee Sentinel about her not being able to climb out of bed for weeks because of overwhelming depression. I hope she is maintaining treatment. Heck if Jon Barber could sit up there–why not Judy? She should provide a lot of copy with her single-minded desire to destroy the Salisbury Community around the West End Plaza. If Coltrain overtakes her–she should run for City Council. She’d fit in well there.
While I remain unconvinced of Judy’s mental health, I am very put off by her dishonest utterances to Larry Wright when she told him the Editor of the Rowan Free Press was being paid by Time Warner Cable to destroy Fibrant and Salisbury–Fibrant and Salisbury are doing quite a good job of it themselves. Fibrant was a fiasco all of its own doing and the city of Salisbury is a nowhere tank town that people are leaving stampede style.
Klusman failed to produce any factual evidence that Editor was an e-genius hired gun by TWC. In fact her tale to Larry Wright after a commission meeting raises fresh questions about her mental health and her ability to divine the truth. If Steve was in the pay of Time Warner Cable why on Earth would he:
• Urge people to cut their cable bill by dumpng cable for Antennas and IPTV devices? Wouldn’t that hurt TWC?
• Gets people to renegotiate their cable and internet bills with retention specialists? He’s likely cost TWC and AT&T U-verse millions all over Rowan and Salisbury.
• Tell people to use money saving VOIP phones like Magic Jack and free Google Voice over any of TWC’s, Fibrant’s, or AT&T U-verse VOIP’s.
In a semi-rational world TWC would’ve bounced Steve for all the many millions he’s cost them. Fibrant is a debacle of its own doing. It has destroyed Salisbury.
Look I’m not going to argue with Judy’s impaired logic and ability to speak the truth–I secretly always wanted her to be the third county commissioner for sheer entertainment quality.
And Judy told Larry Wright and others that Steve filed the complaint against the elementary Bible classes in the Rowan Salisbury Schools. That’s capital B capital S. While Steve is a religious liberal like Thomas Jefferson and Ben Franklin, he is a strong believer in people’s right to religious freedom or freedom to believe anything they want. He supported the County Commissioners right to pray before commission meetings as a first amendment right.
Everyone is looking forward to Queen Judy, with her freshly channeled Robert’s Rules, taking over county commission meetings. Go Judy!
