♦ Walter Pete Horton, Jr., 60, residing in 100 block of Chestnut Street in Salisbury, N.C., was served 10 warrants and was arrested by Salisbury Police Thursday on multiple charges of heroin trafficking.
Horton, held on a $5,000 bond, is now in the Rowan County Detention.
