As Salisbury, N.C. sinks deeper into mediocrity and its 300th city/town rating at Areavibes.com. America’s Gig City is being left far behind. Issues in desperate need of addressing and solution are:
• Mushrooming crime, murder, violence, and property crime and its affect on urban flight.
• The cover-up of the “mutual termination” and “Golden Parachute” of the former city manager.
• An utter lack of any municipal transparency.
• The fading out of city services.
• Major challenges in the understaffed police department which can not deploy patrol cars to all areas of the city.
