♦ Dustin Aaron Wilson, 23, of Kannapolis is sought by Rowan County Sheriff’s Office for allegedly assaulting a two-month-old infant. The infant, suffering from injuries consistent with a physical assault, was delivered to Novant Health Rowan Medical Center who reported it to the Sheriff’s Office several weeks ago.
The Rowan County Department of Social Services and the Sheriff’s Office Criminal Investigation Division are investigating the child’s injuries. The Sheriff’s Office investigators issued warrants for felony assault for Wilson, the child’s father.
Wilson is believed to be in the Swannanoa area in the western part of the state and will be added to the Sheriff’s Office Most Wanted list. Wilson is described as a white male, standing 5’3″ and weighing 180 lbs.
