Initially the Five Year Plan for the People’s Republic of Salisbury will appear harsh especially to those accustomed to being out of touch with the real. If you believe that downtown Salisbury is “vibrant”, that Salisbury has an actual future, or that Fibrant will be a “Venus Flytrap” for business or will ever break even in your lifetime, you will need to enter a reeducation camp prior to joining in the Five Year Plan.
By the end of next week the first dose of the Five Year Plan will be administered.
