♦ “Klansville, U.S.A.”, the Story of Bob Jones N.C.’s Grand Dragon and the Ku Klux Klan in Rowan County, Airs Tonight on the “American Experience” on PBS 9-10 P.M.  Much documentary footage was shot in the 60’s when Bob Jones, from Granite Quarry, conducted that state-wide Klan operations of over 10,000 Klansmen and Klanswomen from his base right here in Rowan.
