Who would think that highly educated school administrators would involve themselves in greed and unscrupulous behavior? Yet they do. School systems regularly handle many millions of taxpayer dollars providing countless opportunities for corruption.
Frequently we read about school construction bribes and kickbacks, new bonded roofs being redone by another roofing company, very expensive computer equipment and software purchases being made and kickbacks passing hands.
