♦ Salsarita’s Fresh Cantina, a Mexican style restaurant, is slated to join Kirkland’s, Hobby Lobby, and Dick’s Sporting Goods at Shoppes at the Summit on Julian Road in Rowan County.

Salsarita’s Fresh Cantina is an authentically inspired Mexican restaurant already popular in Charlotte, N.C.  The food served with speed and made fresh daily.  The menu offers customizable burritos, tacos, salads, nachos, quesadillas, fresh made guacamole, and a variety of signature salsas.

Salsarita’s Fresh Cantina started in Charlotte N.C. in 2000 and now has locations in 19 states.
