♦ Sheila Bobbitt Smith,44, of 300 block of S. Oakhurst Drive and convicted drug felon, was arrested Friday in Salisbury for selling or delivering Oxycodone and 3 counts of trafficking heroin or opium. On the same day Rowan County Sheriff’s Office deputies arrested Michael Tyrone Bost,51, at his Salisbury residence on the 1000 block of Glock Court and charged him with conspiring with Sheila Smith to sell Oxycodone.
Placed under a secure bond of $75,000, Smith is now in the Rowan County Detention Center. Bost’s secured bond was set at $10,000. He is now in the Rowan County Detention Center.
