♦ William Stanley Jacobs III, 20, of the 2800 block of Agner Road in Salisbury, was booked into in the Rowan County Detention Saturday evening on a $700,000 secured bond for 7 charges of statutory rape of a 13 year-old youngster. (statutory rape of a person aged 13, 14, 15, by a person at least six years older than the defendant) The multiple counts of statutory rape span over a four month period from August of 2014 to November of 2014.
Jacobs was arrested for these alleged crimes last week in Craven County and transported back to Salisbury to face justice.
