♦ The Rowan County Sheriff’s Office are looking for thief who stole a wallet from a YMCA member at the E. Rowan YMCA and later used a credit card from the wallet at the Walmart Super Center in Salisbury, N.C. The Sheriff’s Office is focusing on a black male with dreadlocks toting a baby carrier who was videoed on the Y’s security cam on February 23rd early that Monday afternoon.
