Will TWC Maxx’s rollout spell the utter annihilation of a certain weak tea municipal broadband well noted for its lack of stability and record financial losses? They can not match their puny marketing or services against the deep-pocketed MONSTER of the Charlotte region. This mushrooming “debacle” will be like the Boston Patriots playing South Rowan High with beheadings for the losing team. (No offense to South Rowan High)
