If the City desires true economic development, let it plop a vertical amusement park at 329 S. Main. A one ride amusement park featuring an industrial joy ride fitting Salisbury’s “historic character”. Within 3 years it will carry the city and lift it out of its economic morass. The county will love it. Shock therapy for a flat-lined downtown.
