To-the-Editor,
I am very disappointed in the City Manager Mr. Paris’s inability to keep his promises to the residents of Salisbury. He promised the airport de-annexation would not go through and it did. He promised the city would loan money for the Downtown Central Office and that did not happen. He also promised that Fibrant would be a success and it is not.
In his stay as City Manager he has done nothing other than antagonize the county commissioners and the County Manager Mr. Gary Page with immature accusations as well get rid of city employees in the rudest manner. Our city needs a more mature individual who dignifies the office and keeps their word. Someone like Mr. Gary Page.
