♦ NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Chairman of the Rowan County Board of Commissioners has called for a Special Meeting on Monday, March 23, 2015 at: 2:30 p.m.
The purpose of the meeting will be to hold a Closed Session in accordance with North Carolina General Statute 143-318.11 to discuss the following matters:
- Economic development at the Rowan County Airport
- Attorney-client privileged communication concerning a construction contract
- Personnel issues
The meeting will take place in the J. Newton Cohen, Sr. Room on the second floor of the J. Newton Cohen, Sr. Rowan County Administration Building, located at 130 W. Innes Street, Salisbury, NC.
