♦ Phillip Michael Goodman, 29, of the 300 block of Crown Point Circle in Concord, N.C., was arrested and charged today by the Rowan County Sheriff’s Office for contributing to the delinquency of a minor for his alleged involvement with 15 year old Salisbury, N.C. runaway Lillie Samantha Tucker. Under a $1,000 secured bond, Goodman was held in the Rowan County Detention Center before his release. Goodman may face additional charges. He is due for an upcoming court hearing on April 22nd.
It’s alleged that Goodman met Lillie Samantha Tucker on the internet. On Friday Goodman picked up the 15 year old near her home on Mae Road in Salisbury and drove her back to his apartment in Concord. She stayed with Goodman until Monday when an acquaintance spotted her walking in Concord.
