♦ Michael Eugene Long, 37, from the 200 block Gold Hill Drive in Salisbury was arrested Friday and charged with possession with intent to manufacture a controlled substance (Schedule I), possession of immediate precursor chemical, possession of drug paraphernalia, failure to appear/comply (Rowan and Surry Counties), flee to elude (Felony) (Rowan and Catawba Counties), reckless driving. Held under a secured $92,000 bond, he was placed under a temporary custody order/temporary hold at the Rowan County Detention Center.
