♦ This afternoon it came to our attention that Salisbury Post reporter Josh Bergeron pleaded guilty to a DWI before Judge James D. Randolph. Judge Randolph found a DWI level 5 (The lowest level). The date of the Bergeron’s offense was December 13, 2014.
Today’s judgment: Unsupervised probation for 12 months with $100 fine plus costs and fees of $645. 60 days suspended sentence must perform 24 hours of community service work.
Bergeron blew 0.14% on testing so he qualifies for a limited driving privilege without an ignition interlock.
