♦ I received an email today from a good friend Capt. Red McDaniel who was a POW in the Hanoi Hilton 5 1/2 years and the most beaten prisoner ever. He wanted me to be sure and watch this program Monday night. Below is an excerpt from his email:
“A documentary: “A Spy in the Hanoi Hilton” is airing on Smithsonian channel- Mon Apr 27 at 8:00 p.m. and 11:00 p.m. The film is primarily about Admiral, Jim Stockdale, Awarded the Medal of Honor, but my POW story has a role. Premiered at USNA this past week to a packed house and was well received! After airing it will be available on Smithsonian website.”
