RFP Editor’s note: I always believed this would be the deal that would go down.  I never saw Comcast getting past the FCC.  I am a Charter Spectrum subscriber in Madison and it is an extremely well run organization with great service and consumer-oriented prices. Charter buying out TWC would be a real win for everyone in Rowan County and North Carolina.
