♦ NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Rowan County Board of Commissioners has scheduled a Special Meeting on Wednesday, May 27, 2015 at 6:00 p.m. The meeting will take place in the J. Newton Cohen, Sr. Room on the second floor of the J. Newton Cohen Sr. Rowan County Administration Building, located at 130 West Innes Street, Salisbury, NC.
The purpose of the meeting will be to hold a Closed Session in accordance with General Statute § 143-318.11 (a)(3) to discuss pending ACLU litigation.
