Quite frankly the wolf is scratching at the door. The City Hall “cover up” of a year ago and the ire expressed by communities being left out 8 block’s pie has risen in temperature. City Hall is being viewed as a major player in the city’s free fall in recent years exhibited by its crime, poverty, substandard schools, lack of economic opportunity, and its heroin, meth, and crack epidemic.
