♦ Terry Lee Logan, 26 of North Craig Street in Salisbury, was arrested July 5th for an alleged July 4th weekend crime spree.
Logan was charged with breaking and entering RR cars and other motor vehicles (felony), larceny (misdemeanor), financial transaction card takes/obtains (felony), obtaining property by false pretenses (felony), breaking and entering RR cars and other motor vehicles (felony).
Under a $10,000 secured bond, Logan is now in the Rowan County Detention Center.
Logan, driving a moped, was allegedly involved in vehicle break-in on 418 Mitchell Avenue where he it was said he stole a purse, wallet, and a tablet. Later the victim of vehicle break-in, learned that her credit card was involved in fraudulent purchases at Walmart. Salisbury Police learned from Walmart surveillance video that Logan made the alleged multiple credit card purchases totaling $ 331.07.
