♦ Jimmy Lewis “Pooh” Oglesby, 32,, of Sunset Drive in Salisbury, was arrested Tuesday evening after a traffic stop with allegedly 13 plus grams of crack, in a plastic baggie, packed in his anal cavity. “Pooh” was said to be cruising the city with a suspended drivers license and a small amount of pot on his vehicle’s floorboard.
Oglesby was arrested and charged with possession of cocaine (felony), possession of marijuana (misdemeanor), maintaining a vehicle for controlled substances (misdemeanor), possession with intent to manufacture/sell/deliver cocaine, (felony), previous outstanding warrant for driving with a revoked license (misdemeanor), and possession of drug paraphernalia (misdemeanor).
Under a secured $75,000 secured bond, Oglesby was briefly in the Rowan County Detention Center before being released.
