♦ Norman Allen Basinger A.K.A. Allen Norman Basinger, 55, of the Streets of Salisbury, was arrested after he allegedly got in a loud argument with a woman and assaulted her on the 600 Block of East Cemetery Street early Saturday morning.
Charged with assault on a female (misdemeanor), Basinger was released on a written promise to return to court.
