♦ Early Wednesday morning Police were called to house on Carolina Boulevard to break up a screaming crowd of women brawling, hair pulling, and fighting on the ground. Among them were Marissa Dawn Henderson, 18, of Cleveland , N.C. and Trentney S. Jordan, 25, of Charlotte, N.C. who fought over a man. Somebody got “played”.
When the police drove up, the crowd quickly dispersed into two vehicles, right before Henderson hurled bleach on a departing car and another woman backed her car into a parked vehicle, damaging its rear.
Earlier in the melee, Henderson wielded a stun gun before she flipped it aside for a hammer and waded into the crowd of screaming women, one swinging a stick. When everyone saw the police arrive to enforce order, they scattered to two cars.
Henderson was commanded to drop the hammer and complied.
In the end only Marissa Dawn Henderson and Trentney S. Jordan were arrested. Henderson was charged with simple assault (misdemeanor) and issued a $500 secured bond. Detained in the Rowan County Detention Center, she was later released on bail.
Jordan was charged with injury to personal property (misdemeanor). Issued a $500 secured bond, she was placed in the Rowan County Detention Center before making bail.
