♦ On Sunday night Rowan Sheriff’s Office investigators arrested Robert Joseph Paesch, Jr., 59, of 2127 South Jake Alexander Boulevard in Salisbury and charged him with trafficking substantial amounts of heroin.
Paesch was charged with trafficking heroin or opium (felony) and maintaining a dwelling/vehicle for a controlled substance (felony).
Under a $75,000 secured bond, Paesch is presently in the Rowan County Detention Center.
