♦ Phantasha Krystal Sky Cook,22, of Airport Road in Salisbury, was arrested Saturday by Rowan County Sheriff’s Office deputies on the 12000 block of Stokes Ferry Road in Gold Hill and initially charged with marijuana and drug Paraphernalia possession. Later after she was booked into the Rowan County Detention Center an alleged search found Cook to have a schedule I on her person.
Cook was charged with 2 counts of possession of drug paraphernalia (misdemeanor), 2 counts of possession of substance schedule VI (misdemeanor), possession of control substance IV (misdemeanor), maintaining a dwelling/vehicle for a controlled substance (misdemeanor), Possession controlled substance on a penal institution premises (felony), and possession of a controlled substance schedule I (felony).
Under a secured $26,500 bond, Cook was placed in the Rowan County Detention Center and is now out on bail.
