♦NACo Dental Plan is now available for Rowan County residents. There are savings of 5% to 50% on dental procedures, including routine oral exams, cleanings, dentures, root canals, crowns, and more. The cost for an individual is $6.95 per month or $59.00 annually. For a family, the cost is $8.95 per month or $69.00 annually. This plan is not insurance and is not intended to replace health insurance. This is not a Medicare Prescription Drug Plan. The plan provides discounts at certain health care providers for medical services. Plan members are obligated to pay for all health care services, but will receive a discount from those health care providers who have contracted with the discount medical plan organization.
Discount Dental Cards are available at several Rowan County locations; such as DSS (1813 E. Innes Street), Health Department (1811 E. Innes Street), Tax Administration Offices (402 N. Main Street), and the Rowan County Administration Building (130 W. Innes Street).
