♦ A countywide drug dealer sweep by the Rowan Sheriff’s Office lead to three suspects arrested and four suspects being sought. According to law enforcement sources investigators working undercover made numerous controlled substance buys along with warranted search and seizures. In some instances drug buys were made back in 2015.
Arrested during this Sheriff’s Office suspected drug dealer sweep were:
• Sara Pearl Keith, 31, charged with six counts of trafficking opium or heroin (felony). She was arrested on Thursday.
Sara Pearl Keith:
• Robert Jeffrey Baldwin, 45, charged with trafficking a controlled substance schedule VI and possession with intent to sell/deliver a controlled substance schedule I (felony).
Robert Jeffrey Baldwin:
• Bradley Dean Morgan, 42, charged with possession with intent to sell/deal a controlled substance schedule IV.
The Rowan Sheriff Office a currently searching for four suspects sought for various drug charges. They are:
• Parrish Nathaniel Jefferson, 25, sought for possession with intent to sell/deliver and traffic controlled substance schedule I. His last known address was 741 Lark Glen Drive in Mooresville.
Parrish Nathaniel Jefferson:
• Charles Milton Davis, Jr., 51, is sought for trafficking heroin or opium. His last known address was 306 Lakewood Drive in Salisbury.
Charles Milton Davis, Jr.:
• Allan Wayne Summers, 40, is sought for possession with intent to sell/deliver a controlled substance schedule III. His last known address is Harris Granite Road in Rowan County.
Allan Wayne Summers:
• Jessie Payne Purvis, 39, is sought for 2 counts of trafficking in heroin or opium (felony). Her last known address is 153 Trex Road in Rockwell.
